Multi-mixer：The cotton will be blow into each cotton hopper by air-blower. Micro pressure switch control cotton quantity. Different cotton hopper achieve high power blending by differential output, fiber be conveied into next process by the blower and the pipeline. Standard machine height 4200mm. According to the height of the workshop can choose special height of 3200mm or 5200mm. The blending hopper number can choose 4、6、8, according to the fiber mixed requirement.
Main features:
1、Designed with PLC control system, connected with front and back machine, synchronous working.
2、Achieve uniform mixing of material by control feed roller’s speed.
3、The pressure in hopper can be automatically monitored,controlling bale plucker to start or stop.
4、Sensitive sensor section, obtaining continuous running of the whole process.
